Design and construction of 293 new apartments at Orchard Manor, Little Page, Washington Manor, KVSS, Patrick Street, and Jarrett Terrace for the Housing Authority and Scott Canel & Associates partnership.

 

 

Phase X was completed in 2020.

A complete Modernization project for a 334 unit Section 8 property consisting of kitchen and bath renovations, window replacements, furnace and air conditioning replacements, flooring, lighting and door replacements, reroofing, light fixture, and door replacement at one high-rise and two low-rise apartment buildings, and including miscellaneous site renovation, paving, installation of new building fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems.
 
The project also included construction of 44 new townhouse apartments.
